Anyone can draw a mystic rose with a protractor, ruler and pencil - I have been for years and thought it would be interesting to see if it was possible in wire.  And clearly it makes a beautiful pattern, but it was quite a challenge to keep all the points on the outside ring stationary (else the whole thing falls apart)!
